Booking & Registration

• Full payment is required to reserve your spot

• Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis

• Please double-check your availability before booking

Single-Day Workshops

We understand that plans can change—please notify us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

• Cancellations 7+ days before workshop: refund or studio credit

• Cancellations within 7 days: studio credit only

• Cancellations within 48 hours: non-refundable

• One reschedule allowed per booking (with advance notice)

• No refunds or credits after the workshop has taken place

If you arrive more than 20–30 minutes late, your spot may be forfeited.

Multi-Session Classes

• Full payment is due before the start of the first class

• Cancellations 2+ weeks before start: refund available

• Cancellations 1–2 weeks before: partial refund or credit

• Cancellations within 1 week: non-refundable

• Missed classes cannot be made up

• No refunds or credits for missed sessions

Rescheduling

• One reschedule is permitted per booking

• Requests must be made in advance

• Rescheduling is subject to availability

Studio Cancellations

• Classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met

• In this case, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule

Weather & Emergencies

• If a class is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be notified in advance

  • You may choose a refund or reschedule

• For multi-session classes, we will attempt to offer a makeup session when possible

Attendance & Punctuality

• Please arrive on time

• Late arrivals may not be able to participate

• Workshops cannot be extended for late participants

Health & Safety

• Do not attend if you are feeling unwell

• Notify the instructor of any injuries during class

• Follow all safety instructions at all times

• This class is not recommended if you are pregnant or have specific health concerns

Finished Work

• Your project will be completed during the workshop and is able to go home with you on the same day
